givin' away something new....

I made these little cutties as a b -day gift for a good friend.

They are little bitty dog tags. I cut the design for the top of each free hand so they all come out a bit different.

I made a cross, a clover, a fleur di lis, and the little heart (the heart isn't new but she's so cute I had to include her). Each one comes out a little different so they are all one of a kind. I think I'll make a little butterfly next.

What do you suggest?









So I'm keeping this one simple.... Just leave a comment with a suggestion or idea for a design to add to the top of the little tag.


The winner will be announced on Thursday and will have their choice of design and stone color!

    For the heart necklace, I would probably add my son's initials to the top. :-)

    How about a horseshoe design? I love the idea of a sea star too.

    I don't have any new ideas to add but I love the other birds and flowers you design so I would second those suggestions. Those necklaces are so cute! Everything you make turns out so beautiful.

    i would have to say that it would differ depending on the design on the tag itself. My first reaction would be initials on the heart tag, or really initials would go on any of the tags...

    A tree; and then red gem/s can represent the "apple/s" of your eye or your loved ones birthstone/s can represent the "fruits" of your labor and love :).

    This would look cute with something baby related, maybe a pacifier, clothes pin, or teddy bear?

    Also holiday themes! I don't know if a flag would be too hard... also pumpkin, candy cane, christmas tree, ornament, etc. So many options! :)

    Since they are dog tags, I would add a number. Like a wedding date or a birthdate, or a favorite scripture.
