We had a great visit with Grandma and Papa. I'll share pictures soon but I will still be scarce for the next couple of days taking care of a sick little one.

I will be scarce for the next 4 days.


My parents and little sister are flying in from Oklahoma to visit. YAY! I haven't seen them since July.

We will be heading over to Disneyland on Friday. I'm sooo excited for the kids! We live 40 minutes away but the younger 3 have never been.

Saturday the kids have requested to go to the Old Spaghetti Factory to celebrate my birthday.

Sunday and Monday we plan to hang out around the house and play out doors and maybe a few rounds of "killer" dominoes (it can get rather cut throat when my parents play ;)



I will still be working late at night on orders and convos, but if it takes an extra day for me to get back to you it's because I'm enjoying my family.

Be still....a Giveaway

With the crazy pace life often takes (at our own hands) it's easy to get stressed. To loose focus and become overwhelmed.

I often have to stop and remind myself to simplify, to find my center. I find my simple moments in nature...watering the veggie garden in the quiet of the morning. In watching my kids play and share together. In the 20 minutes I take to Journal each night with my Husband. Kissing my kids each night before bed.

These are the precious moments of my day that remind me to stop and be grateful for the simple blessings.


This necklace was a total happy accident. (thanks Tracie ;) I Loved it so much I made myself one that says "be still"

Last week was one of those weeks, which seems to have spilled into this week.

Back on my feet...

I'm finally feeling better!
You would think somewhere along the evolutionary road, pregnancy would induce a boost in immunity immediately after birth. Moms just don't have the luxury of a sick day.

I'm thinking tomorrow would be a good day for a giveaway, what do you think? :)

I've been digging through old photo files to find designs I made and then never got around to listing. There are a TON and by Ton I mean a zillion!!!!

.....FIVE.....

My little Honey turned 5 today. Five has been such a magical number for him and he was beyond elated to usher in his 5th year. He is eager to join the ranks of eligible kindergartners. (waiting a full year after his brothers went to school was tough)

He was delighted to have a day where he was the center of our families attention, and a vanilla and chocolate cake made just for him. :O)

I love you sweet boy!! Happy 5th birthday.

Oh so pretty!

Swoon! I LOVE this pair of earrings! they are feminine and elegant and soft and just GORGEOUS!

They start with my hand made sterling posts and then I added soft pink sapphires, hand made fine silver spacers, glowing Caribbean blue chalcedony, and finished with light lemon yellow chalcedony drops.

If I can part with them they will be listed this week :O)

Welcome March....

March is by Far my favorite month...and not because it's my birthday month (really ;)

Living in Southern California, March has perfect weather. Even though Spring officially starts on March 20th, all of March has spring weather. 70+ with crisp breezes bringing the scent of wild flowers and orange blossoms. Our veggie garden starts showing signs of new life, promising summer yumminess.
I love to head out back bare foot and soak in the warmth and listen to the squeals of laughter from the kids.

Spring is full of promise, new life, and simplicity.
